Refunds & Exchanges
We believe that having happy customers is the best business strategy we can have and we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with what has been purchased from us!
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with what you have received, we guarantee that you can return or exchange your products, with FREE returns offered to all our UK customers!
All you need to do is email our customer care team on email@example.com or call 01983 640743 Monday – Friday 9am-3pm, so that we may log your return and issue you with our Freepost address returns label. You can return any item to us (excluding personalised products) within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Additionally, if you wish to cancel an order you can do so at any time, unless it is a personalised item already in production.
• All items to be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of your dispatch note.
• You are responsible for the return of goods to Oh So Cherished. We highly recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as insurance for goods lost in transit.
• Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 3-5 days of receipt of the returned goods.
• Refunds will be made via your original payment method.
