We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a quick refund.

Provided your product has not been personalised and you return it to us in its original condition and packaging with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, you can return any product to us within 14 days of receiving it to get a refund.

If products are damaged in any way upon receipt you need to let us know via email within 5 days to get a full refund or an exchange.

How do I return my product?
Please re-pack the product(s) using the same packaging and ensure the goods are well protected on all corners. Include the whole original receipt that came with the item and your order number, filling out the section explaining why you wish to return it (it helps us!). Email hello@ohsocherished.co.uk to log your return with us.

What happens next?
On safe receipt of any unwanted goods you will be eligible for a refund on the item only. Shipping or return shipping will not be reimbursed. However, exchanges are FREE. All postage costs are covered by us. To learn more about exchanging your item, click here.

Refunds will be reimbursed using the same form of payment method used for the original purchase only and will be issued when we have received the item and not before. Books that include a free personalised name plate must return the name plate in order to obtain a full refund, otherwise, you will be charged full price for the name plate.
