Q: Do you have a shop I can visit?
A: No we don't. At the present time Oh So Cherished Ltd is an online boutique only.
Q: When will my order be despatched?
A: Orders are despatched everyday if received before 1pm, if after 1pm they will then be despatched the following working day. Standard delivery orders can take 2-5 working days to reach you.
Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges are £3.99 for all standard delivery orders sent by recorded delivery and £6.99 for next day delivery. For a full list delivery prices and delivery times, click here.
Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order?
A: Just drop us an email or call 01983 731 536 and we will cancel your order for you. Personalised products cannot be cancelled.
Q: Do I have to order a book to order a personalisation plate
A: No not at all, we can send the plates out for you to add yourself, the backs are self adhesive so easy to stick on.
Q: What if I want to see the book first before I order personalisation?
A: You can do that, that's not a problem. Pop your book order through, making sure it's the perfect choice for you when it arrives. At a later date return and order your personalisation plate, we can send it out to you for you to add on to the book yourself.
Q: What happens if I want to return my order
and get a refund?

Q: How many guests does the books accommodate?
A: All our Guest Books vary in size and page quantity. However, most of our books have around 90-100 pages. This will accommodate 2-3 guests comments to a page, so would be appropriate for an event of roughly 200-300 guests.
Q: What do I do if I have more Guests?
A: I would suggest buying a book with more pages (we stock a few with over 100 pages or alternatively buy 2 books.
Q: Should I have the Guest Book at a signing table so people can go there and sign?
A: Remember, people get distracted and it's probably best to remind people to fill in the guest book- if someone could pass it around that's the best idea.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We do. We ship to the following countries, Austria, Greenland, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, Portugal, Cyprus, Iceland, Romania, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Madeira, Turkey, Germany, Monaco, Greece, Gibraltar, Netherlands, Norway.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Unfortunately, we sell retail only, and it is not our current policy to supply to other stores. If you would like to place a retail order with us, you can of course do so via our website in the usual way. However please note that, as stocks are limited, we may be unable to supply large quantities of any one item but we can order them in for you.
