Q. Do I need to create an account with
A. No, we don't restrict customers to creating an account. We like to make shopping really easy for you.

Q. I have a specific question about a product. What should I do?
A. Give us a call. We have the most fantastic customer service, so just drop us a line and we can help with any product information you need.

Q. Is your site secure?
A. All card details are processed securely by SecPay Secure Payment Server using 128-bit SSL security. Payments are processed automatically, never stored by Oh So Cherished Ltd, and when you order online our staff never see any credit card details only the card type, guaranteeing you complete security.

Q. How can I get in touch with you?

Q. Do you have a shop I can come to visit?
A. At present we don't have a shop, we sell online only.

My Order

Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. Most standard orders are received within 4-6 working days. If you have engraved plates on your order or if you have ordered a personalised product then please read the individual product pages for turnaround times as these will differ.

Q. I've made a mistake on my order, what do I do?
A. Just call straightaway on: 01983 526516 we can see if we can catch it before it is despatched.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. At the moment we don't have tracking through our own website unless you have an Oh So Cherished account. However if you call us on 01983 526516 we can email your tracking number to you (Next Day Delivery Only) which you can then check the status via the Royal Mail website.

Q. Can I change my order?
A. Just call on: 01983 526516 we can see if we can catch it before it is despatched.

Q. Can I add something to my order?
A. Our turnaround is really quite quick, but give us a call on: 01983 526516 we can see if we can catch it before it is despatched.

Q. Can I order 'Out of Stock' products?
A. Yes, yes, yes!, your order will then be in a queue for that product to come in, when it's in it will be despatched as soon as possible.


Q. What sort of personalisation do you offer?
A. Currently we only offer solid brass engraved nameplates which can be engraved up to three lines, our nameplates are self adhesive backed for easy applying and come in both silver and gold in a modern or traditional format. Unfortunately we can only offer foil blocking and blind embossing on bulk/corporate orders (ten books or over).

Q. How long does personalised orders take?
A. Our engraved nameplates take 48 hours, unless on a next day delivery - then they come with your book on a next day delivery service. All other personalised products please look at the individual product pages for turnaround times.

Q. If I order an engraved nameplate, will the plate be attached to my book?
A. No. It will be attached to your order docket in a little clear bag for you to attach to the book yourself.

Q. If I order an engraved nameplate and a book on a next day delivery will the plate and the book come together?
A. Yes always.

Q. I've got my engraved nameplate, how do I attach it to my book?
A. All engraved nameplates come with self adhesive backing for you to remove the back and attach yourselves. The backing is very sticky so will not drop off once attached. An instruction card is always included.

Q. What can I get foil blocked?
A. Currently we only offer this on bulk orders 5 books and over. We can foil block or blind emboss anything with the product code starting with CAT or CATH, please email for a quote.

Q. Can I have lined or plain pages on any of the books?
A. Just call on: 01983 526516 we may just be able to help.

Q. Will I get my book and personalised plate together?
A. Yes always.

Q. Where is my engraved personalisation plate? A. Your engraved nameplate will be attached to our instruction card in a little clear bag along with your receipt.

Q. How do I order a personalisation plate? A. Personalised orders can only be placed online. We don't want to risk making a mistake with spelling or punctuation by taking your details over the phone, it's very quick and simple.


Q. Can I get next day delivery?
A. Yes our 'UK Next Day Delivery' service is £7.99, if you get your order in to us by 3.30pm on a working day your order will be with you the following working day.

Q. Can I get a set time or date for my parcel to be delivered?
A. We cannot send your parcel to arrive on a set time. But would could help with a set date, just call on: 01983 526516 we may just be able to help.

Q. Can I specify a place to leave my parcel?
A. Unfortunately not. All our parcels go out on a signed for service so we require a signature at all times.

Payment Processing

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. All major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Refunds & Returns

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will give you a quick refund. Provided your product has not been personalised and you return it to us in its original condition and packaging with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, you can return any product to us within 14 days of receiving it to get a refund. Please read our returns page before returning goods (link to)

Q. How do I return my order?
A. Please re-pack the product(s) using the same packaging and ensure the goods are well protected on all corners. Include the whole original receipt that came with the item and your order number, filling out the section explaining why you wish to return it (it helps us!).

Q. Who do I return my order to?
A. Please send parcels back to Oh So Cherished Returns, The Old Granary, Sandy Lane, Newport, Isle of Wight PO30 3EA.

Q. How long do I have to return it?
A. 14 days from date of purchase.

Q. Will postage costs be reimbursed?
A. On safe receipt of any unwanted goods you will be eligible for a full refund, if put in writing to us within 7 working days. Shipping or return shipping will not be reimbursed if after this period.

Q. When will I be refunded?
A. As soon as we receive the return the refund request will go down to our returns department. This normally take around 14 days.

Q. Can I exchange items for anything else on the site?
A. Of course! give us a call, we will send you our freepost address, pop your docket in with your order stating which product you wish to exchange to and we will sort out asap for you.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
