Provided your product has not been personalised you can exchange it. If the product is in its original condition and packaging with all seals and shrink-wrap intact. you can exchange your product to us within 14 days.
Items that cannot be exchanged?
Sale items cannot be exchanged, any food items, underwear and personalised goods.
How do I return my product for an exchange?
Please re-pack the product(s) using the same packaging and ensure the goods are well protected on all corners. Include the whole original receipt that came with the item and your order number, filling out the section on which product to exchange and for what for.
You can call us to gain a freepost address so you can send back to us free of charge.
