Southern Ireland £9.99
Can take up to 5-7 days from despatch. Can be longer during busy periods.

EU £9.99
We ship to many EU locations including Jersey and Guernsey. Deliveries can take between 5-7 working days.

Rest Of The World £16.99
We currently only ship to Australia, New Zeland and the USA. Deliveries can take between 7-21 working days.

Goods Lost In Transit/Non Arrivals
If goods do not arrive please call us within 14 days from the despatch date (an automated email is always sent out upon despatch), orders should only take 3-5 working days to arrive. If your order has not arrived please call us.

DO NOT ASSUME A CALLING CARD IS LEFT BY ROYAL MAIL. Before contacting us, please call your local Royal Mail sorting office to find out if your parcel is waiting to be collected.

Q. Can I get next day delivery?
A. Yes our 'UK Next Day Delivery' service is £7.99, if you get your order in to us before 3.30pm your order will be with you the next working day (excluding bank holidays).

Q. Can I get a set time or date for my parcel to be delivered?
A. We cannot send your parcel to arrive on a set time. But would could help with a set date, just call on: 01983 526516 we may just be able to help.

Q. Can I specify a place to leave my parcel?
A. Unfortunately not. All our parcels go out on a signed for service so we require a signature at all times.
